Tony is responsible for the overall management of Learfield Licensing’s business development division and closely interfaces with its marketing, operations, and brand management divisions to achieve the company’s growth objectives. Tony has more than 14 years of direct higher education experience. Prior to joining Learfield Licensing, he was assistant vice president for marketing at Mississippi Valley State University and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the licensing program, university bookstore, athletics marketing, and some components of development. Tony is a retired NFL tight end, and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Alabama, where he was a four-year letterman and team captain for the Crimson Tide football team. He also earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
